Montgomery County Man jailed on Assault Charges

(Red Oak) A Red Oak man is in custody for domestic assault.

Red Oak Police arrested 27-year old Cody Dean Johnson for Domestic Assault, 2nd Offense, causing bodily injury. Officers transported him to the Montgomery County Jail. His bond is set at $2,000.

In a separate incident, Police arrested 59-year old Dennis Edward Elliot of Red Oak for Driving While Suspended. Authorities transported Elliot to jail. His bond is set at $566.25.
