Red Oak man arrested on warrant for assault

(Red Oak) The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of 54-year-old Richard Lee Lappegard Jr., of Red Oak.

Lappegard was arrested Wednesday for a valid Montgomery County Warrant for Assault.

He’s being held at the Montgomery County Jail on $1,000 bond.
