(Council Bluffs) The Pottawattamie County Sheriff’s Office reports three arrests.
Mark Allen McNary, 48, of Avoca, was arrested following a male and female disturbance on Chestnut Street Saturday. McNary was charged with Going Armed With Intent, Harassment 1st Degree, Interference with Official Acts – Display Weapon, and Public Intoxication. He was held on $12,300 bond.
Keith Clifford Nelson, 41, of Papillion, Nebraska, was arrested Saturday near the area of Magnolia and Interstate 80 for Operating While Intoxicated Second Offense.
Robert Levermann, 59, was arrested on Interstate 80 Saturday for Operating While Intoxicated First Offense.
