(Council Bluffs) A Council Bluffs man wanted by the U.S. Marshalls Office is in custody.
A tip led to the arrest of 41-year old Albert Rocha at the “It’s $5” Store at 1817 West Broadway in Council Bluffs. He is wanted by the U.S. Marshall for possession of weapons.
Council Bluffs Police arrested Rocha without incident and transported him to the Pottawattamie County Jail.
