(Harlan) The Harlan Police Department reports four arrests and one citation.
Danny Carl Thompson, 58, of Irwin, was arrested January 20th following an investigation. Thompson was transported to the Shelby County Jail where he was charged with harassment.
Kayley Jo Cooper, 25, of Harlan, was arrested following a traffic stop on January 31st. Cooper was transported to the Shelby County Jail where she was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, driving while barred and no proof of insurance.
Kylie Sierra Kleffman, 25, of Harlan, was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia and open container following a traffic stop on January 31st.
Jacob Michael Thill, 21, of Mitchell, South Dakota, was arrested January 31st and transported to the Shelby County Jail where he was charged with public intoxication.
Melanie Marie Mogensen, 58, of Sioux City, was arrested following a call for service on February 3rd. Mogensen was transported to the Shelby County Jail where she was charged with public intoxication.
