(Red Oak) A Red Oak man faces Criminal Mischief charges following an incident on 900 East Washington Avenue in Red Oak.
Police were called to the residence for a verbal argument and the second time for a report of a broken window. James Mitroff, 36 left the residence after the argument. He returned about an hour later and allegedly broke a window in the residence.
Authorities arrested Mitroff for 5th Degree Criminal Mischief. He was taken to the Montgomery County Jail and held on a $300 cash bond.
