Pottawattamie County Sheriff’s Report

(Council Bluffs) The Pottawattamie County Sheriff’s Office reports multiple arrests.

Mary Denine Likely, 27, of Omaha, Nebraska, was charged with Assault Causing Bodily Injury or Mental Illness following a fight that occurred at the jail on January 30^th.

Jason Troy Riddle, 32, was arrested January 29^th following a traffic stop on Interstate 80. Riddle was charged with Driving on the Wrong Side of Roadway and Operating While Intoxicated 1^st Offense.

Anthony Michael McCoy, 24, of Avoca, was arrested following a traffic stop on January 26^th. McCoy was charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Leslie Alan Royer, 60, was arrested January 25^th for Assault Causing Bodily Injury or Mental Illness and Possession of a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine) 1^st Offense.

Patrick Allen Eggerling, 26, of Avoca, was arrested January 23^rd for Domestic Abuse Assault, Strangulation.

Brandon Joseph Burghardt, 19, of Carter Lake, was arrested January 23^rd after Deputies were dispatched to a vehicle burglary on Wabash Avenue. Burghardt was charged with Burglary 3^rd Degree, Criminal Mischief 5^th and Theft 3^rd. This investigation in ongoing. Burghardt was arrested again on January 25^th on a warrant out of Glenwood for Probation Violation.
