(Council Bluffs) The Council Bluffs Police Department says the missing teen has returned home safely on his own. Police thanks the public for their assistance.
Original Story posted Sunday evening: Jeremiah was reported missing by his family on Saturday, January 25, when he left the house upset. The mother states Jeremiah is autistic and takes medication and they allow him to walk from the home to calm down, but he has not returned.
