(Atlantic) The Life Care Clinic, a 501 (3) (C) non-profit organization’s is expanding to Atlantic.
Hannah Shady Executive Director of the Life Care Clinic says the LC Clinic specializes in early pregnancy confirmation.
Shady says the organization is funded by local churches, individuals and business sponsors. The center offers free and confidential STI testing, pregnancy tests, limited ultrasounds, options information, sexual health education, abortion recovery support, community referrals, and material assistance.
Brent Myers of Atlantic, a member of the steering committee says the Clinic is a win-win for the community.
Shaddy says the future location of the LC Clinic in Atlantic is not known. A fundraising effort is currently underway.
