(Greenfield) The Adair County Board of Supervisors continues to work on their budget.
The Supervisors received funding requests at their meeting Wednesday from the Adair County Historical Society, Adair County Tourism, Southern Iowa Trolley, SICOG, MATURA, Adair County Ag Extension, and the Library Association. Adair County Auditor Mandy Berg said so far their budget planning is going well.
“We have several more organizations coming in on Friday and then we have Department appointments next week, so it’s going to be a busy couple of weeks,” said Berg.
The Supervisors also approved the Board Chairman to sign their wellness agreement they do every year. Berg said by doing this with ICAP they can save up to five percent on their insurance premiums.
