(Audubon) Holidays have been set, meeting dates approved, and a new chair/vice-chair appointed for the Audubon County Board of Supervisors.
Thursday’s organizational meeting for the Audubon County Board of Supervisors saw Rick Thompson appointed as Board Chairman with Todd Nelsen to serve as Vice-Chair. The Supervisors will meet each Tuesday at 8:30 a.m. The Audubon County Advocate Journal has been approved as the legal newspaper. The 2020 gas mileage reimbursement rate will be at fifty and a half cents per mile.
The following days have been approved as holidays: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veteran’s Day, Thanksgiving, Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day.
