(Greenfield) Clay Hohertz has had some high scoring outings early in his senior season. The Nodaway Valley Wolverine is averaging a team best 17.2 points per game and leads his team in most offensive categories.
Hohertz is a two-year starter and also so regular varsity action off the bench as a sophomore. His senior season has included a career high 32 point outing December 10th against SW Valley as well as a 27 point game against Wayne. Hohertz is the 2nd leading rebounder for Nodaway Valley at 6.7 boards per game to go along with 3.2 assists, and 2.0 steals per game.
The Wolverines are off to a 4-2 start and are right in the hunt in the Pride of Iowa Conference race.
