Montgomery County Man arrested for Domestic Assault

(Elliott) A Montgomery County man faces assault charges following an incident in Elliott.

Montgomery County Deputies were called to the 2000 Block of 145th Street in Elliott early Saturday morning for a physical domestic assault. The investigation led to the arrest of 40-year old Joshua Lynn Franzen, of Elliott. Authorities charged Franzen with Domestic Assault, 1st Offense.

Deputies transported Franzen to the Montgomery County Jail where he is being held on no bond.
