(Guthrie Center) ACGC made 12/20 from long range and picked up their first win of the season Thursday night, a 77-36 final over Glidden-Ralston. The Chargers used a 10-0 stretch in the first quarter to erase and early deficit and led by double figures most of the evening.
Quynton Younker had 18 points and 10 rebounds, Bryce Littler scored 16, and Miles Kading came up with a career high 14 points. Eli Kading notched 8 points and 6 assists for a group that led 17-10 at the end of the first quarter and turned it into a route by halftime at 40-19. Younker and Miles Kading each hit a pair of three’s in the first half while Eli Kading Littler, and Clayton Wardyn connected beyond the arc as well.
The 2nd half brought much of the same. Miles Kading and Wardyn each splashed in two more three’s while Littler had one. Charlie Crawford scored all 7 of his points after the break in a spot start for Lucas Marsh (illness).
Glidden-Ralston had Grant Fleecs scored 9 points and Caden Smith finish with 8. 1-4 ACGC goes up against Panorama Friday night. The Wildcats slip to 3-4 on the year.
