(Council Bluffs) The Pottawattamie County Sheriff’s Office reports five arrests.
Mark Robert Richardson, 62, was arrested Friday evening after Deputies were dispatched to the area of Pioneer Rail and Wabash Avenue for a vehicle that drove into the ditch. Richardson was charged with Operating While Intoxicated First Offense.
Blake Barnum, 22, was arrested Friday after Deputies were dispatched to 28076 Road L34 for an unknown vehicle accident. Barnum was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance Marijuana 1st Offense.
Ronnie Milburn Pyland, 35, was arrested following a disturbance Saturday evening. Pyland was charged with two counts of Child Endangerment, Domestic Abuse Assault and Operating While Intoxicated First Offense.
Matthew Michael Handsaker, 43, was arrested following a disturbance Saturday evening. Handsaker was charged with Operating While Intoxicated First Offense.
A 15-year-old female was charged with Theft 4th – Possession of Stolen Property on Monday. The charge stems from a report of clothing stolen from a home on Dogwood Road.
