(Council Bluffs) Two men are in custody on multiple charges in Pottawattamie County following a traffic stop early Thursday morning.
At 1:05 a.m., Sheriff’s Officials arrested 24-year-old Anthony Michael McCoy and 31-year-old James Dwight Mills.
McCoy is charged with Intent to Deliver Meth over Five Grams and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Charges for Mills include Child Endangerment (Substantial Risk), Forgery (Two Counts), Harboring a Runaway Child, Distributing Drugs Near a School, and Possession of a Controlled Substance (Marijuana, 1st Offense).
Others arrested the Sheriff’s Department include 28-year-old Jerad Michael Gappa, 21-year-old Tristyn Leigh Carl, and 33-year-old Rebecca Lynne Sonnier.
Gappa was arrested for Theft 5th and Burglary 3rd after 81-year-old Lawrence Freeman reported he had a folder containing credit cards and a driver’s license that was stolen out of his vehicle and the credit card was used.
Carl is charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance (Marijuana, 1st Offense) and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Sonnier’s arrest was for Unlawful Possession of a Prescription Drug.
