(Greenfield) A Greenfield man was arrested for Domestic Abuse Assault, Sexual Abuse 1st Degree, and Willful Injury Causing Serious Injury.
The Greenfield Police Department arrested 30-year-old Andy Joseph Engles on July 19th. According to the complaint, Engles forced the female victim to have sex and fractured her left maxillary sinus. Engles grabbed the victims neck and started choking her while impeding her normal breathing. The victim stated this had happened several times during the assault. Engles also slapped the victim several times in the face, causing serious injury to the victim’s face.
Engles was held in the Adair County Jail on $500,000 cash only bond.
