-The Adams Community Foundation has established a Disaster Recovery Fund (DRF) to support vulnerable populations following the severe weather events on May 21, 2024. To provide a monetary donation go to https://desmoinesfoundation.org/AdamsCountyDisasterRecovery
-Offices of Brocker Karns and Karns are collecting the following items: Ziploc bags, sharpies, plastic totes, packing tape, scissors, Clorox wipes, ponchos, trash bags, work gloves, first aid kits, batteries of all sizes, toilet paper, paper towels, shovels, rakes, diapers, baby wipes, baby formula, non perishable baby food and phone chargers.Bring your items to their Locations in Anita, Atlantic, Avoca, Walnut, Exira, Des Moines or Council Bluffs.
-Monetary Donations are being taken at Any Union State Bank or First National Bank Branch.
-Monetary Donations are also being taken by the Greater Greenfield Community Foundation – add a note saying the donation is for tornado relief
