Meredith Communications Contest Rules

To be eligible to win, you must not have won anything in the past 30 days or any prize valued at $500 or more in the past year, unless otherwise specified.
All prizes must be claimed in person within 30 business days of winning, or prior to expiration date, unless otherwise specified.
You must present positive legal identification and then sign a release form.
Prizes not claimed within the specified time period will be forfeited.
All winners must be 18 years of age or older, unless otherwise specified.
By playing the contests, you have awarded Meredith Communications the right to publicize your name, likeness, voice, and details of winning through broadcast or other means of publicity.
All taxes and fees are the responsibility of the winner.
When contest players are required to call in to win, they must use the 712-243-6885 or the toll free 800-222-0965 telephone number.
The person operating the telephone at Meredith Communications has the final decision as to who is the winning caller.
Meredith communications assumes no responsibility for any problems with telephone service, internet, fax, or email.
Anytime you call Meredith Communications it is likely that your voice will be recorded and the phone call may be used in any manner, including broadcast.
Only one winner per household per 30 days.
Any prizes awarded to an ineligible listener will be deemed null and void, and an alternate eligible winner may be named.
Contest winners must reside inside the KSOM-FM 60db listening contour.
Employees of Meredith Communications or its subsidiaries and their families, advertising, agencies, affiliates, contest sponsors, and principals and employees of all media communication within a fifty mile radius of the Meredith Communications main studio are not eligible to win contests.
