Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office arrest Iowa Man wanted in Nebraska

(Red Oak) The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office arrest a man wanted in Nebraska.

Deputies arrested 25-year old Timothy James Black of Emerson on a Fugitive of Justice Warrant out of Nebraska for domestic assault strangulation.

Authorities transported Black to the Montgomery County Law Center where he is held without bond.
