Union County Man Arrested on Assault Charges

(Red Oak) A Creston man faces charges in connection with a domestic assault in Red Oak.

Red Oak Police say 35-year-old Clinton Harold Overton faces charges of two counts of domestic abuse assault, 1st offense.

Officers located an intoxicated subject and two victims with minor injuries outside the residence. Authorities transported Overton to the Montgomery County Jail and held him on no bond.

The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office assisted the Red Oak Police Department.
