(Des Moines, IA) — One person has been arrested for allegedly stabbing a woman in the neck in downtown Des Moines yesterday morning. Police reported to 9th Street to find a 58-year-old woman with a stab wound on her neck. She was sent to the hospital, where she is in stable condition. The 52-year-old man was seen with a knife in his possession at the crime scene. Officers are still investigating.
