(Area) Team substate meets are currently set for Friday, May 12 and Wednesday, May 17 in both Class 2A and Class 1A. The first and second round duals will take place at one site on the first date. Substate finals will take place on the second date.
Seedings for substate brackets have been determined by coaches meetings. Substate pairings have been released as of May 3.
The highest remaining seeding out of each second round will host the substate final.
Eight qualifiers in each class will advance to the 2023 IHSAA State Team Tennis Tournament, set for May 31 and June 1 in Waukee (2A) and Iowa City (1A).
