Three-Legged Dog Reunited With Family After Nearly 250 Days

(Iowa City, IA)  —  An elusive, three-legged rescue dog is reunited with his family after running away over eight months ago. Paws of Hope Animal Rescue says they finally caught Kinnick yesterday at just past 3:00 in the morning after months of tracking him through Iowa City. The three-year-old lab mix ignored live traps, which included steak, dog treats, and roast chicken. Kinnick is now home safe with his family.
