Iowa Gas Prices Dip

Brian Ortner, Triple-A Iowa.  He says refineries are increasing production, to keep up with expected stronger, spring demand.   He says hopefully, that will keep pump prices lower.  Iowa gas prices are about 20-cents below the national average.
