(Adair Co.) Adair County Conservation has hired a summer seasonal environmental education naturalist.
Conservation Director Dominic Johnson introduced Sabrina Becker to the board on Wednesday. Becker said she has been setting up some camps and other community projects.
Becker said she has camps set up for all grades Preschool through 12th. Camps will include things like prairie lessons, geocaching, survival skills, and exploring Lake Orient.
Becker just finished her freshmen year at Iowa State University, she is majoring in Environmental Science and minor in Forestry.
Dominic Johnson told the Supervisors they were able to do the seasonal naturalist program through the Empowering Adair County Foundation.
Becker also will be working as a seasonal naturalist with Cass County.
