(Sioux City, IA) A Sioux City man will spend more than ten years in federal prison for dealing more than ten pounds of methamphetamine in August and September of 2020. Prosecutors say 25-year-old Fabian Alcaraz-Santillan admitted to receiving several packages of meth from Mexico concealed in women’s corsets intended for distribution. Alcaraz-Santillan was sentenced Monday to 123 months after pleading guilty to conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine.
