(Mason City, IA) — An Iowa man has been charged with first-degree murder in the death of a woman whose body was found in a burning home. Twenty-four-year-old Tonette Wolfe died last September. She and 28-year-old Dominick Degner had lived together in the Mason City home that was on fire. Degner is in custody in the Cerro Gordo County Jail.
