(Davenport, IA) — The man accused of killing of ten-year-old Breasia Terrell of Davenport claims he’s innocent. Forty-eight-year-old Henry Dinkins pleaded not guilty to first-degree murder and kidnapping Wednesday in Scott County. Investigators say Dinkins kidnapped Breasia from a Davenport apartment, shot her and then hid her body last summer. Her body was found in late March near DeWitt. A trial date has not been set. Dinkins remains in the Clinton County jail. He has a son with Breasia’s mother.
