(Mills Co) The Mills County Sheriff’s Office arrested 32-year-old Henry Talamantez Jr., of Council Bluffs, on Thursday on two counts of Theft 2nd. Bond was set at $10,000.
The Sheriff’s Office arrested 25-year-old Devin Donta Sattizahn, of Council Bluffs, on Thursday on a warrant for Failure to Appear on the charge of Domestic Abuse Assault. Bond was set at $3,000.
