Mass of Christian Burial services for 79 year old Jean “Jeanie” Mary Heese of Elk Horn will be Monday, September 25th at 10:30am at St. Peter’s Catholic Church in Defiance. Visitation will be Sunday, September 24th at 4:00pm till 7pm with rosary immediately to follow at the Pauley Jones Funeral Home in Harlan.
She is survived by her husband, LeRoy Heese of Defiance, IA; children, Patrick Heese of Elk Horn, Iowa,
Timothy Heese of Shenandoah, IA, Jackie (Todd) Alberti of Harlan, IA, Thomas (Sheila) Heese of Hudson, IA, Crystal (Rick) Widemon of Quitman, TX, Samuel (Megan) Heese of Exira, IA; sisters,
Sister Joyce Blum of Council Bluffs, IA, Alice (Jerry) Zimmerman of Minden, IA, and Judy Clark of Omaha, NE; 9 grandchildren; many other relatives and friends.
