Troy Boos, 54, of Massena passed away on Tuesday, September 5, 2023, at the Iowa Methodist Medical Center in Des Moines.
Funeral Services: Will be held on Thursday, September 14, 2023, at 10:30 a.m. at the Lamb Funeral Home in Massena with burial in the Massena Center Cemetery, Massena, Iowa. A potluck at the park in Massena will be held following services at the cemetery. Mr. Sean South will officiate the service. Open Visitation: Friends may call at the Lamb Funeral Home in Massena on Wednesday, September 13, 2023, from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Family Visitation: The family will greet friends on Wednesday evening at the Lamb Funeral Home in Massena from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Memorials: Memorials may be directed to the Troy Boos memorial fund to be established by the family at a later date.
Survivors: He is survived by his wife, Christine McCoy of Massena; two sons, Joshua Boos and wife Sara of Dexter and Tyler Boos and wife Kinzy of Dexter; daughter, Monica Winther and husband Joel of Audubon; four grandchildren; sister, Brandi Merickle and husband Rick of Wiota; other relatives and friends.
