Graveside services for 78 year old Rae Carstensen of Omaha, formerly of Shelby, IA, will be Tuesday, September 5th at 10am at the Shelby Cemetery in Shelby. Christensen passed away on Saturday, September 2nd in Omaha, NE.
Family will greet friends from 4 to 6pm Monday, September 4th at the Burmeister-Johannsen Funeral Home in Shelby, IA. Rae Carstensen is survived by sons, Eric and wife Ellen Carstensen of Omaha, NE, Eron and wife Sarah Carstensen of Kansas City, KS; grandchildren, Jack Carstensen of Omaha, NE, Savannah and Eli Carstensen of Kansas City, KS; sister-in-law, Sondra Kitchens of Jackson, MS; nieces and nephews; and other relatives and friends.
