(Davenport, IA) — Andrew Wold is suing the engineering firm that inspected the collapsed Davenport apartment building on Main Street. Select Structural Engineering is being accused of four different counts by Wold, the owner of the collapsed building. Wold hired the firm earlier this year to examine the building’s status. He says if he knew how dangerous the condition was, the collapse would have been prevented.
