(Des Moines, IA) — A young girl is reportedly being treated at Mercy Hospital after falling into the Dale Maffit Reservoir last evening. Early reports indicate there was a major emergency response late Monday at the southwest Polk County lake. The girl was reportedly fishing when somehow, she fell into the water. Crews did manage to pull her out but had to give her CPR and rush her off to the hospital. There’s been no other info released as of yet.
