(Creston) Creston Police report five arrests on Tuesday.
*Police arrested 31-year-old Dalton James Cormeny, of Creston, in the 800 Block of N. Division Street and charged him with Domestic Abuse and Assault, Impeding the Flow of Air/Blood. Officers transported Cormeny to Union County Jail, and he was released after posting the $2,000 cash bond.
*Creston Police arrested 40-year-old Mark Anthony Weems of Creston at 302 N. Pine Street for 3rd–degree burglary x 2. The court set the bond at $10,000 cash or surety.
*Police arrested 32-year-old Trevor Forrest Kinkade, homeless for 5th-degree criminal mischief. Authorities released Kinkade after he posted the $300 cash bond.
*Creston Police arrested 55-year-old James Leroy Jones of Creston for 5th-degree theft. Officers cited Jones and released him on a Promise to Appear.
*Creston Police arrested 20-year-old Chase McClain Parascando of Creston for OWI, 1st Offense. Officers transported him to the Union County Jail and released him after posting the $1,000 cash bond.
