Jensen earns WBCA Assistant Coach of the Year honor

(Iowa City) The Women’s Basketball Coaches Association announced their 2023 women’s basketball assistant coaches of the year on Tuesday.

Honored at the Division I level is Iowa’s Jan Jensen. The former Elk Horn-Kimballton star has been with the Hawkeyes for 23 seasons.

She is Iowa’s recruiting coordinator and also works with the post players.
