Governor Kim Reynolds Can Sign Her Government Realignment Bill

(Des Moines, IA)  —  Governor Kim Reynolds can sign her government reorganization bill, after it was passed by the Iowa House yesterday afternoon. By reducing the number the number of state agencies from 37 to 16, the nonpartisan Legislative Services Agency estimates the proposal will save the state more than 12 million dollars annually.
