(Pottawattamie Co) The Pottawattamie County Board of Supervisors approved appointments to boards and commissions on Tuesday.
The Board approved three appointments to the Veterans Affairs Commission: Holly Collins with a term ending June 30, 2025, James Murray with a term ending June 30, 2024, and Daniel Kinney with a term ending June 30, 2025. All three were sworn in Tuesday morning.
The Board approved the reappointment of Karen Anderson to the Zoning Board of Adjustment. Matt Wyant, Director of Planning and Development, said Anderson has served one term already and has done a great job.
The Board approved the appointment of Austin Kay to the Board of Appeals.
And, the Board approved the appointments of Brett Larson, Justin Schultz and Delores Silkworth to the Planning Commission.
