(Des Moines, IA) — Court documents reveal new details in a fatal Des Moines street racing crash earlier this month. New documents say the drivers, Keith Jones and Robert Miller the Third, were at a bar drinking before driving more than 100 miles an hour on a 40-mile-an-hour road. Both are facing multiple charges, including vehicular homicide and drag racing. The crash killed a four-year-old boy and seriously injured three others.
