(Elk Horn) Game two of KSOM’s doubleheader on Friday will have Exira-EHK travelling to CAM in boys basketball. Live video from this game will be available HERE.
Exira-EHK boys coach Doug Newton comments on CAM, “They have a couple of senior in there with Seth Hensley and Sam Foreman that have played a lot of basketball and a lot of sports in general. They are both capable of scoring a lot of points. Foreman is just so athletic and we struggle to match up there and Hensley is always ready for us. He’ll be ready to put some points on the board.”
The Spartans have defeated Glidden-Ralston 57-40 and Ar-We-Va 75-28. “We seem to be fairly even and have some decent depth. In our two games we’ve had different leading scorers and guys do different things and still contribute.”
Coach Newton identifies defense, communication, and rebounding as some of the areas he’d like to see his team work on.
