The Bulldogs earned themselves a playoff spot with their Week 8 win. Silas Walston ran for 251 yards and four TD’s on 17 carries. Walston also posted a 36 yard scoring catch. Tristen Cummings added 106 yards and two touchdowns on eight attempts. The Bulldogs forced four turnovers.
Audubon 56, Woodbine 48
The Wheelers built a 48-22 halftime lead and held off a late rally. Aaron Olsen carried 36 times for 215 yards and six touchdowns. He was 3/5 through the air with 60 yards, 1 TD, and 1 interception. Edward Miller caught a 41 yard TD pass. Evan Alt posted 40 rushing yards and one TD. Zeke Konkler posted ten tackles.
CAM 58, Boyer Valley 20
Chase Spieker completed 12/14 passes for 157 yards and 4 TD’s. Austin Williams ran 20 times for 128 yards and two scores. Jack Follmann had two touchdowns, 143 yards rushing, and 32 receiving yards. Sam Foreman posted 8 catches for 107 yards with three TD’s. Gabe Rouse led the team in tackles with 9.5. Rouse and Foreman each had one sack.
Van Meter 54, ACGC 0
Van Meter rushed for 314 yards and passed for 113. Ben Gordon needed only 11 carries to rack up 191 yards and 3 scores. Ben Gilliland went 7/10 passing for 113 yards and three TD’s. He added a touchdown on the ground with three attempts for 55 yards. Carter Durflinger caught TD passes from 36 and 7 yards.
ADM 56, Knoxville 3
ADM ran for 383 yards and passed for 183. Brevin Doll averaged 18.9 yards per carry with two touchdowns and a total of 132 yards. He added one touchdown catch among his two receptions for 52 yards. Aiden Flora needed just three attempts to tally 74 yards and a core. Chase Grove carried seven times for 74 yards.
Glenwood 69, Thomas Jefferson 7
The Rams raced to a 28-0 1st quarter lead and enjoyed a 42-0 halftime edge. Kayden Anderson went 8/10 passing for 191 yards and four scores. Eight different ball carriers helped the team run for five touchdowns and 203 yards. Tristan Meier led the rushing attack with 70 yards and one touchdown on eight attempts. Nine different players had a reception. Payton Longmeyer took both of his catches to the end zone with 72 yards. Casey Godbout caught a 43 yard score.
Earlham 42, Riverside 14
Brody Morrison ran 27 times for 284 yards and five TD’s. The Cardinals posted 401 rushing yards. Ryan Styles carried 14 times for 65 yards and Caleb Smith had 9 attempts for 59 yards. Kaden Kasal was 5/6 for 65 yards and two TD’s. Landyn Schoenrock saw extended action at quarterback for Riverside and threw for 106 yards with one TD. Jaxon Gordon tallied 91 rushing yards on 25 attempts. Ayden Salais extended his program record for receiving yards with 5 grabs for 118 yards and one TD.
