(Dunlap) The Rolling Valley Conference Cross Country Meet was held Thursday at Boyer Valley.
The Woodbine girls scored 24 points for the championship. Runner-up went to Boyer Valley with a total of 33 while Exira-EHK (81) and CAM (97) rounded out the four team field.
Woodbine had the top three individuals in the conference with Addison Murdock, Lapel Adyson, and Nicole Sherer. Boyer Valley snagged two spots in the top five with Lauren Malone and Mariah Falkena. There was one top ten finisher from the immediate coverage area and that was Exira-EHK’s Ella Petersen in 10th.

The Woodbine boys posted a perfect score of 15 to win the title. Exira-EHK’s 49 point total held up for second while West Harrison was 3rd with 78.
Landon Bendgen, of Woodbine, was the individual boys champ with Boyer Valley’s Patrick Heffernan taking 2nd. Gunner Wagner, Thomas Tremel, Lane Vennink, and Adam Barry all finished in the top six for Woodbine. Immediate coverage area runners in the top ten included CAM’s Gavin Clayton 7th and Exira-EHK’s Eric Wilson 9th.
