(State) All-State boys basketball teams have been released by the Iowa Print Sports Writers Association.
Iowa State commit Tamin Lipsey, of Ames, is the Mr. Basketball award winner. He averaged 15.7 points per game on 56.7% shooting and broke the school record for career assists with 339.
