-Dakota State had a bye and will face Valley City State next weekend. Was named conference offensive player of the week for his seven receptions and 130 yards October 23rd against Iowa Wesleyan.

-Closed out the fall season at the Little Rock Classic. Newell tied for 43rd with a 16-over par 232.
