(Oakland) #5 Riverside takes a 4-0 record into a week five Class A District #7 football game against AHSTW on Friday night at Avoca.
The Bulldogs are coming off a 24-0 win over Sidney; Head Coach Darrell Frain says the team overcame adversity. He said some of the things they thought would work didn’t and had to make some adjustments during the game.
Riverside produced a balanced attack with 209-yards passing and 290 yards rushing through all of the adjustments. Austin Kremkoski has completed 56.7 percent of his passes for 800 yards this season, and Rhett Bentley leads the ground game with 726 yards, averaging 7-yards per rushing attempt.

Brody Zimmerman leads Riverside’s defense with 27 tackles, 4.5 for loss, J.J. Watson, 17.5 tackles, 4 for loss, Jace Rose, 14-tackles, 3 for loss, and Nolan Moore, 13.5 tackles, and 3.5 for loss. The Bulldogs have forced six turnovers, and four interceptions, and two fumble recoveries.
