(Guthrie Co.) The Guthrie County Board of Supervisors this morning approved a 28E Agreement between the Iowa Department of Natural Resources and Guthrie County.
Guthrie County Health Services Director Jotham Arber said this is a renewal of a 28E Agreement for the wells and well permitting.

Sebern said as part of the agreement the DOT will pay for the work and Guthrie County will reimburse the DOT for the cost to repair the intersections.
