Judy (Lansman) Williams, formerly from Audubon, Iowa, passed away June 10th, 2021 in Fort Collins, Colorado. She was Born 10/18/1940 and lived in Cheyenne , Wyoming. She is survived by her sons Jon (Valerie) of Vermillion, South Dakota and Robert (Terry) Carey, Tim (Cheri) Carey of Atlantic, Iowa and one daughter Susan (Jeff) Bates of Bennington, Nebraska. Allnutt Funeral Home of Fort Collins, Colorado is in charge of arrangements.
Jdy was a woman of great faith. Every morning she would read her Bible verses. She loved horses, loved to draw and enjoyed collecting rocks, especially heart-shaped ones. Judy was a big fan of the Denver Broncos. She loved the mountains and she loved to travel.
More than anything else in the world, Judy loved her family. She was a very loving Mother, Grandmother, Sister, Aunt and friend. Judy loved to smile, her smile brought so much joy to others; she even received a “Greatest Smile Award” from her job at the college. Judy was always so happy to see her family. On many occasions they would just pop into town to surprise her, looking forward to her excited reaction and the warmth of her smile. She was deeply loved and she will be dearly missed.
Judy was preceded in death by her parents, LaVerne and Anna Lansman, and her sister, Jane Norton. She leaves behind a great legacy and is survived by her special friend, Roger A. Vigen; sons, Jon D. (Valerie) Carey, Robert J. (Terry) Carey, Timothy M. (Cheri) Carey; daughter, Susan D. (Jeff) Bates; grandchildren, Stephanie (Steven) Davidson, Kelsey (Matt) Wilson, Tony Bates, Alexandrea (Richard) Ashley, Brecklyn Carey, Chaylei Carey, Trahyger Carey, Chrissy (Kris) Bussey, and Emilee (Conner) Feldotto; nieces, Jill (Chris) Davis and Jodi (Jeff) Langdon; nephew, Jason Kropp; four great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
