(Audubon) The Audubon School Board approved weight room quotes, technology updates and softball field improvements at their meeting Monday evening.
Superintendent Eric Trager said the weight room was part of their building renovation project, but there is a real need to get that upgraded sooner rather than later due to the age of some of the equipment and repairs needed.
Trager said they will be selling all of their old weight room equipment. He said to keep an eye on the Audubon School Facebook page where they will be posting information and then you will be able to send in a bid on the equipment.
In other news, Trager said with the technology updates they will be updating all of their staff computers, and another thing he is excited about is they are going to be putting 100 iPads in their elementary school.
Trager said at the softball field they are going to redo the restroom and pour some concrete in some areas to help with traffic flow and help people get from the entrance down to the bleachers.
