(State) Waukee senior Tucker DeVries has been named Mr. Basketball for the state of Iowa according to the Iowa Print Sports Writers Association. The organization released its all-state teams on Tuesday morning.
DeVries averaged 18.5 points, 6.6 rebounds, and 5.6 assists per game for the state champion Warriors. He’ll play his college ball at Drake where his dad Darian is the head coach.
